The Memoirs of Brigadier Pudding (ret.)

These memoirs were unearthed while relocating the Central Library of London, Ontario from its original residence on Queens Avenue to a new facility within the Galleria, early in 2002. The journal is surprisingly in-depth, complete with diagrams, daguerreotypes, and later, photographs. It seems the Brigadier was something of a local embarrassment due to his scatological antics in the London Veterans’ Home, where former sailor Pudding met his demise in 1926, at the age of 93, of E. coli poisoning.
